How much does your management service cost?

Our standard management fee is 18% of gross booking revenue. There is no markup on cleaning, maintenance, or supplies. Onboarding is free — you only pay when you earn.

Do you handle cleaning and turnover?

Yes. Turnovers are handled by our in-house housekeeping team, with linen service, restocking, and photo verification after every clean.

What cities do you cover?

We currently manage properties across Miami Beach, South Beach, North Beach, Mid-Beach, Bal Harbour, and Surfside. We’re expanding to Brickell and Coral Gables in 2026.

Do I keep control of my listing?

Absolutely. You retain ownership of your listings, your reviews, and your account. We operate on your behalf with full transparency.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are issued on the 10th of every month via ACH or wire transfer, with a full revenue and expense breakdown attached.
